Wind Beneath Your Wings doesn't just hire caregivers, we hire Personal Angels.  Our Personal Angels are reliable, respectful, and deliver care skillfully and compassionately.  All potential employees go through a thorough screening and interview process, followed by a criminal background check and reference checks.   Furthermore, each Personal Angel receives individualized training based on the client's specific needs and is required to attend additional training throughout the year.  All caregivers are fully insured and bonded and comply with our privacy and confidentiality policies.
